Ingredients to mix
- 2cm of ginger
- 80g of shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
Step 1. Mix with a robot ginger, shallots and garlic. Put aside.
Step 2. Heat the oil in a wok for frying.
Step 3. Mix the mixture from step 1. with the rest of the ingredients and make a thick paste.
Step 4. Place a teaspoonful of dough in the oil and fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Step 5. Serve with Sriracha AYAM sauce, AYAM Thai Sweet Chili and AYAM Garlic / Garlic Chili.
