- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 jar yellow curry paste 100g
- 500g of chicken leg fillet, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 400 ml coconut milk AYAM ™
- 1 tablespoon of Nuoc Mam AYAM ™ sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 small red pepper, cut into pieces of 2 cm
- 120g chopped green beans
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- Chopped coriander, to garnish
Step 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the yellow curry paste and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 2. Add the chicken and sauté for 2 min. Reduce heat and add coconut milk, Mam Nuoc sauce and sugar. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Add the vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Step 4. Garnish with coriander. Serve with steamed rice.
