- 1 tablespoon oforganic coconut oil AYAM
- 100g of Curry paste Rendang AYAM
- 700g from Rumsteck, cut into cubes of 2 cm
- 200ml of coconut milk AYAM
- Dried coconut
- Kaffir leaves
Step 1. Heat the coconut oil in a large wok over medium heat.
Step 2. Add the Rendang curry paste and mix until it is hot. Add the beef and mix with the Rendang curry paste.
Step 3. Pour the coconut milk and mix well.
Step 4. Reduce heat and let simmer gently for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender and sauce is thick. Add 1 / 2 cup of water if the sauce becomes too dry.
Step 5. Add the dried coconut.
Step 6. Garnish with kaffir leaves and serve with steamed rice.
