BEEF TERIYAKI

For 4 people

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 500g of beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 small red pepper, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger cut very thin
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 235ml of chicken broth
  • 60ml of teriyaki sauce AYAM
  • 60ml of mirin

Preparation

Step 1. Mix cornmeal with broth, teriyaki sauce and mirin. Book.

Step 2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan until it is hot. Add half of the beef, sauté for 30 seconds or until it changes color, reserve. Repeat for the remaining beef and reserve.

Step 3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in the wok and sauté the onion, red pepper, green pepper, garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

Step 4. Add the broth obtained in step 1. Add the beef and saute the mixture for 30 seconds or until the sauce thickens.

Suggested presentation: Serve with instant noodles AYAM or rice.
