Cooking time: 10 minutes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons cornflour
- 500g of beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 100g snow peas
- 100g of mini corn, cut in half lengthwise
- 180ml of water
- 180ml of oyster sauce AYAM
- 1 teaspoon ofsesame oil AYAM
- Chinese cabbage 100g, sliced
Step 1. Mix the beef with the corn flour and the vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix to coat well.
Step 2. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with vegetable oil. Add half of the beef and sauté on high for 30 seconds or until it changes color, set aside. Repeat with the remaining beef.
Step 3. Heat the remaining oil, add the onion and carrot and sauté for 1 minute. Add snow peas and corn and sauté for 1 minutes.
Step 4. Return the beef to the wok with the water, oyster sauce and sesame oil and sauté until the vegetables are tender. Add the cabbage and sauté until everything is cooked to your liking.
Suggested presentation: Serve with rice or instant noodles AYAM.
