Vietnamese Pho Soup

For 2 people

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes


Garnish: chopped red pepper, coriander leaves
Condiments: mint leaves, Thai basil leaves, lime wedges


Step 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve.

Step 2. In a saucepan boil 1 liter of water then add 185g of preparation for Pho soup. Add 125g beef in strips. Boil and remove the foam that may form on the surface of the broth.

Step 3. Prepare the Pho soup by putting the rice noodles, the bean sprouts, the remaining beef slices 125g, coriander and chilli in a suitable container.
Pour over the boiling Pho broth.

Step 4. Serve and enjoy adding mint, Thai basil and lime to taste.
