For 20 chouquettes about
- 125ml of water
- 125ml of Organic coconut milk AYAM
- 125g of flour
- 100g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- 4 big eggs
- A pot of Coconut spread AYAM
Step 1. Put in a pan water, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and butter cut into pieces. Heat over medium heat and stir until the butter is melted.
Step 2. Add the sifted flour and mix constantly until the flour is completely incorporated. The dough is ready when it no longer sticks to the pan and it leaves a thin crust at the bottom of the pan (after 3-4 minutes).
Step 3. Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and cool slightly whipping it, then let it cool for 3 at 5 minutes.
Step 4. Add the eggs one at a time by mixing with a spatula or electric mixer.
Step 5. Form the chouquettes with a piping bag and cook at 180 ° C for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6. Cut the Chouquettes in half and then stuff them with coconut spread with a spoon.
