Cooking time: 20 minutes
- 340g of rice
- 115g powdered sugar
- 1L water
- 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 pack of Coconut milk 200ml AYAM ™
Step 1. Mix rice, sugar and water in a pan. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Step 2. Simmer for 15 at 20 minutes, until water is absorbed by the rice.
Step 3. Stir in the coconut milk. Always put the coconut milk at the end to keep all the aromas.
Serve the rice next to the slices of mango.
