- 170g of crabmeat
- 3 teaspoons of oyster sauce AYAM
- 3 teaspoons of Garlic and Ginger sauce AYAM
- 100g of soy sprouts
- 1 coarsely grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons mint mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 8 sheets of rice paper
- 750ml of vegetable oil
- From the almost complete Nems sauce AYAM
- From the almost complete sweet pepper sauce Thai AYAM
Step 1. Combine crabmeat, oyster sauces and garlic and ginger pepper, soy sprouts, carrots, mint and cilantro in a bowl.
Step 2. Roll out the sheets of rice paper and place 1 / 8 on the unit, made in step 1, on one corner of each sheet. Roll up the picture by wetting slightly to keep the rolls closed.
Step 3. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and cook the rolls with 4 until golden and crisp (about 4 mn). Drain on an absorbent paper.
Step 4. Serve with nems sauce and Thai sweet pepper sauce.
