- 500g of duck breast
- 185g of AYAM lacquered duck sauce
Step 1. Grid the fat side of the breast by scoring the skin with a knife.
Step 2. Cook the duck breast in a skillet over medium heat on the fat side for 4 minutes or until fat is grilled.
Step 3. Put the duck breast in a baking dish with the fat turned to the top. Brush the duck breast with a spoon with half of the duck sauce lacquered. Put in 5 oven at 7 minutes at 200 ° C.
Step 4. Take the dish out of the oven. Brush the duck breast with the rest of the duck sauce. Return to oven 5 minutes at 200 ° C.
Step 5. Cut the duck breast into slices and arrange them on the plates. Serve with the accompaniment of your choice: rice, pasta, puree, vegetables. Use the remaining sauce from the baking dish to season the accompaniment.
