Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1. Shell peas and blanch 2 min in boiling water.

Step 2. Cook the pasta in a large volume of boiling salted water, according to the time indicated on the package.

Step 3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan reduce the cream with half a lemon juice for 3-4min, add 2 càs parmesan, peas and capers rinsed beforehand. Keep warm.

Step 4. Pour the pasta cooked in the sauce, mix well.

Step 5. Arrange on the plates or the presentation dish, add a little lemon zest and sprinkle with parmesan cheese!
