Alfred Clouet is one of the great French explorers of taste.
At the end of the XNIXXème century, Alfred goes to the conquest of the flavors of the world and arrives in Singapore in 19. During his expeditions in the region, he discovered exotic flavors hitherto unknown; spices, curry, hot peppers, coconut milk and a whole repertoire of fabulous recipes.
Alfred Clouet is also one of the pioneers in exporting the know-how and techniques of French cuisine in Asia. In these lands, Alfred imports the technology of canning!
As a symbol, he even wins the medal of culinary innovation at the Paris Universal Exposition in 1900.
Today, 125 years later, we leave in his footsteps, guided by taste and adventure!
